Thank You, Fast Fashion

Krazy Karl put these tights on the fall Chanel RTW runway:

They are amazing and a little silly and—as Lucky or some shit would say—make an old dress look new!!!!

Now, Urban Outfitters is selling the knockoffs (online only!) for $14. I have a funny feeling that's a better deal than those Chanel folks are offering up?

im still debating (internally) about how i feel about these in terms of style. but in terms of practicality i give them an a+++ because they are PERFECT for those rainy, sludgy new york days when you end up kicking everything on the ground on to the backs of your legs.

yes, the tights ended up WINNING my internal style debate with their closing argument which basically centered around the line of reasoning that they would seriously spice up an otherwise boring black skirt or dress.
