The Best Thing to Happen to Pirates Since Captain Jack
The ironic T-shirt lost its final miligram of cool when my dad bought a "I'm Huge in Japan" shirt. No, really. He did this. I wish this was some coy joke, but he *apparently* wears it to the office.
BACK ON TRACK. Anyways, Dave Egger's writing workshop SLASH tutoring center SLASH supercool nonprofit 826 Valencia just released this awesome line of business—including Ts—to benefit the kiddies. And it's all pirate-themed cause the company is pirate-themed. (I will now withhold my sadness that the company I work for has no theme...unless you consider "sexual ambiguity" a theme, and I don't.) It took me until 2008 to realize that writing things on the internet doesn't (necessarily) make you the most annoying person in the universe. Then my friend had a dream that I had a blog where I posted a photo of myself in an orange sequined dress. Hot.
